How much does CertBox cost?

CertBox has a free plan with unlimited certificates and up to 3 properties. Pro is £14.99/month for automatic customer renewal reminders, your logo on every PDF, and team access. Team is £24.99/month for unlimited team members, bulk import, and compliance reporting.

Do letting agents accept CertBox certificates?

They accept a clear, complete PDF. Ours record everything the rules require: all nine particulars in regulation 36 of the Gas Safety Regulations 1998 for gas, BS 7671’s model forms for electrical. You send a secure link and they download the PDF.

Are the certificates compliant?

Certificate templates are structured to the relevant standards with built-in field validation. Legal compliance depends on the qualifications of the engineer completing the certificate and the accuracy of the information entered.

Can I use CertBox on-site without Wi-Fi?

Yes. Fill in the form even with no signal. Your draft is saved on your device and syncs automatically when you are back in range.

What if a customer does not pay?

CertBox chases them for you. An unpaid quote gets a follow-up 3 days after you send it, and again after 7. An overdue invoice gets one at 1, 7 and 14 days past the due date. It is free on every plan, and you can switch it off for any single quote or invoice.
